Review of Racecourse HotelDuring my recent four-night stay at Racecourse Hotel while visiting friends in the area, I found the balance of luxury and value to be commendable. My room, located away from the main block for added tranquility, was spacious and featured a comfortable bed with quality linens. The bathroom boasted a large walk-in shower, which was particularly refreshing after a day of holiday festivities. The hotel provided complimentary toiletries, and I appreciated the attentiveness of housekeeping, with tea and coffee replenished on the second day. A thoughtful touch was a box of chocolates left in the room on Christmas Day, which certainly enhanced my stay. While I had hoped for laundry facilities, I learned they could offer access to a washing machine when needed, a worthwhile compromise. the room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and outdoor seating, ideal for families or larger groups. It encapsulates a practical yet pleasant stay that caters to various traveler needs.
